William "Bill" Atkinson gained experience in both customer support and IT network infrastructure support for large companies such as Teradata, where he was a test engineer responsible for setting up and testing large server platforms and control PCs. He also worked within the Global Customer Support Performance Team, managing and assisting Teradata’s customer base.
Bill also worked as a systems tech for an MSP (Managed System Provider) with many customers who outsourced IT to manage and troubleshoot their user's needs, including Issues related to PCs, Mac devices, servers, network Infrastructure, and Apple and Android devices.
