We are currently looking for a Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team.
Summary
Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of devices in accordance with company procedures and build instructions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and power tools (drilling, sanding, 3D printing, soldering).
- Make electrical and mechanical measurements using calibrated instruments, and record the results
- Adhere to established manufacturing and material control policies and procedures in compliance with ISO quality standards
- Assist in the modification of detailed work instructions for the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of devices
- Assist other areas of manufacturing operations as needed, including but not limited to building and maintaining test fixturing, shipping, receiving, stocking, updating bills of materials, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or a related field, preferably in a smaller-company manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete web-based forms
- Experienced using Google apps (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Good organizational skills
- Experience working in the manufacturing environment of a regulated industry (medical)
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Self-motivated and able to work as a member of a team
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Proof of COVID vaccination required
